Conor Maguire and Co have extensive experience in the area of residential conveyancing.  Our Principal initially qualified as an Auctioneer and was a member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute.  We will advise on all aspects of the sale and purchase of residential property including mortgaging and re-mortgaging. We will guide our clients through every aspect of the transaction from initial advices in relation to paying booking deposits through reading title and advising in relation to loan offers and all other pre-contractual matters.  At the earliest opportunity we advise clients as to all procedural and cost matters in relation to the conveyancing transaction. We also advise clients in relation to time scales both in terms of procedure and in terms of finance requirements.

If you are mortgaging or re-mortgaging a property we will advise on all aspects of the mortgage procedure.  If required we have available a panel of trusted professionals to assist with certain aspects of the mortgage procedure such as building surveyors, architects and valuers.

We see it as our duty to demystify the whole conveyancing process and will explain to clients at each stage exactly what is required and how best to achieve the end result which is ultimately the sale or purchase or mortgage or re-mortgage of their property.
