We act in the administration of estates for clients who are both testate and intestate.  Testate clients are those who have prepared a Will prior to their death which is always advised by this office.  However in the case where there is no Will we are happy to act in the administration of that estate.  We offer a full service in relation to administration of estates and will assist executors in relation to the property transactions generally associated with probate. We act for executors who are both resident in Ireland and overseas.  We have a team of recommended professionals who will assist if taxation difficulties arise on the administration of estates.
