in the past number of years. Given the volume of legislation and the
difficulties for employers in terms of compliance with the legislation along
with the diversity of nationalities and the linguistic difficulties this entails
it has become extremely difficult for employers to be fully compliant with all
employment law legislation. We advise both employers and employees in
relation to all aspects of employment law from dismissal to redundancy along
with all aspects of bullying. Another area of particular interest to
us is the whole area of discrimination which has grown dramatically in the
