Thank you for taking the time to research my website.  I am a sole practitioner and have been in practice on my own account for the past 13 years.  Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor I was a qualified Auctioneer and a member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute.  I have used my property experience to my client's advantage on numerous occasions since qualifying as a Solicitor.  I practice in all areas of conveyancing in both residential and commercial property, sales and purchases.  I also deal extensively in commercial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

I practice in all areas of litigation and have considerable experience in family law, employment law and commercial contracts including building agreements.  I also practice in the area of personal injuries.

I am extremely interested in elder law which is effectively the area of law dealing with those clients who are approaching their latter years.  In this regard we prepare enduring powers of attorney for our elder clients which ensures that should they become incapacitated their attorneys can look after them both from a personal and practical point of view in terms of managing their affairs.
